ATTEMPT VEHICLE THEFT IN KENT AVENUE

On 09/08/2026 at around 00:40 two unknown male offenders wearing balaclavas were seen outside an address in Kent Avenue using a relay device. They managed to gain access to a vehicle on the driveway but were disturbed and ran off in the direction of the canal.

Officers attended the area within minutes but the area search proved negative.

It is thought the offenders had got in to a waiting vehicle.
